We operate as a private client Estate Office in one location for a range of clients, including our own family operations.
From Thirsk we provide full management services on a range of fee structures from ad hoc advice to full estate management. We manage approximately 10,000 acres across the north of England including in-hand farming, forestry and commercial operations.
We suit our service to meet the client, but it fits neatly into the above. We provide timely and expert options to the client with our most preferred course, the client instructs, we react.
We offer an initial free hour on consultation to understand our client’s needs. We assess primarily whether we can help and how we can. It is a two-way discussion of need and delivery.
This approach is the same whether it is a one-off job or the need for full management.
When we have clearly identified our role, the fee structure and the services that we will deliver, formal terms are presented to the client for instruction.
As an RICS Regulated firm, we must deliver a professional services with a clear scope of instruction. We aim to turn this around within two days of agreeing the terms.
