Our Surveyors are experienced in carrying out Level 2 HomeBuyer Reports and Level 3 Building Surveys throughout Yorkshire and the North East. We operate purely on a local level and have a deep understanding of what to look out for when purchasing a property.

All of our surveys are conducted by RICS accredited Surveyors with extensive experience in property management and surveys. Our valuers are all RICS Registered Valuers with experience in valuation of residential and rural property, with particular experience in older properties. We are regulated by the RICS and we carry £2 million professional and public indemnity cover.

The Process

Follow the easy, hassle-free process that ensures the best outcome for you and the property you want to buy.


Fill out the quotation form in the link below, it will help us to provide you with a quote that is best suited to both the property and your needs.

It will ask basic questions relating to the property such as price, location and listed status etc.

Don’t worry if you do not know all answers, we can still quote.

We will aim to respond to you within 24hrs.


If you are happy with the quotation, confirm to us with an instruction to carry out the survey.

Just send an email or give us a call.

We will then arrange everything and book in the survey directly with the vendor/their agent.

All you need to do is sign our terms, which are bespoke to the survey you choose, and send a copy of your ID.


We have a great track record of turning reports around quickly for clients after the inspection has taken place.

We aim to have your report with you no later than 5 working days from inspection (average turnaround is 1-2 working days).

Once received, you are entitled to a free follow up call with the surveyor to discuss the contents of the report and ask any questions you may have.
