Suitable only for farmhouses or large cottages without additional land or other properties.
£50 per month including VAT
Includes:
1. One professional call out per year to the property for up to 4 hours on site. To visit the property within 24 hours of the call, any day of the week.
2. An annual maintenance visit by a surveyor to list any repairs and maintenance falling due within 12 months.
3. Up to 4 hours per year ad hoc telephone advice from a land agent or surveyor on any property matter.
This would be the equivalent of £1,300 of professional work for only £600 per year.
The Hall
Suitable only for large houses with less than ten acres of additional land and one or two further properties.
£120 per month including VAT
Includes:
1. Two professional call outs per year to the property for up to 4 hours on site. To visit the property within 24 hours of the call any day of the week.
2. An annual maintenance visit of the main house and cottages by a surveyor to list any repairs and maintenance falling due within 12 months.
3. Up to 6 hours per year ad hoc advice from a land agent or surveyor on any property matter. This includes writing grazing licences or tenancies etc.
This is the equivalent of £2,000 worth of professional advice for only £1,440 per year.
The Estate
Suitable only for large houses with more than ten acres of additional land and up to five properties.
£200 per month including VAT
Includes:
1. Four professional call outs to the property for up to 4 hours on site. To visit the property within 24 hours of the call any day of the week.
2. An annual maintenance visit of the main house and cottages by a surveyor to list any repairs and maintenance falling due within 12 months.
3. Up to 10 hours per year ad hoc advice from a land agent or surveyor on any property matter. This includes writing grazing licences or tenancies etc. Can also include staff management of domestic staff where required.
This is the equivalent of £3,600 worth of professional advice for only £2,400.
