Will founded the company in 2017 having left a regional firm based in Durham as an Associate Director. He graduated from Harper Adams University College in 2006 with a 2.1 Degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management. After qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 2014 he then went on to register as an RICS Registered Valuer in 2016 to conduct bank valuations for Barclays and Lloyds Bank.
