Surveyor Biography – Will Parker

Will Parker BSc(Hons) MRICS
Managing Director

Will founded the company in 2017 having left a regional firm based in Durham as an Associate Director. He graduated from Harper Adams University College in 2006 with a 2.1 Degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management. After qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 2014 he then went on to register as an RICS Registered Valuer in 2016 to conduct bank valuations for Barclays and Lloyds Bank.

Will spent the early part of his career managing private client Estates across the North of England as a retained agent. Through this role he picked up a thorough knowledge of property management and defects on historic buildings including a number of Grade I and Grade II* Listed properties. He has project managed a number of construction and refurbishment projects as part of complex rural diversification businesses.

In the latter part of his career, Will has developed a specialism in strategic land and estate management. He delivers expert advice for private clients with regards to diversification and development potential. He has successfully negotiated a number of complex developments under options and conditional contracts. He also specialises in compensation for infrastructure projects and against utility companies.

Will’s previous well known clients include Roxburghe Estates, Savile Estates, Auckland Castle Trust, Raby Estates, Lumley Castle Estate, Sherburn Hospital Trust, William Leech Investments, Persimmon Homes, Bellway Homes, North Tyneside Council, Capita, Durham Wildlife Trust and Hartlepool Water.
